If it's true that we are what we eat, we'd be nothing without strong, healthy teeth. Yet tooth decay remains the most common chronic disease among children ages 6-18, and the resulting complications can affect every aspect of a young person's health and well-being. Peace Fund founder Adrian Paul, co-host Ethan Dettenmaier, and correspondent John Bierly talk about when parents should begin taking their children to the dentist and highlight several organizations that are making a difference, such as the American Dental Association, Ronald McDonald House's Care Mobile, and Global Dental Relief.

And speaking of teeth, one young man who's got a lot to smile about is 13-year-old Hero of the Week Joshua Williams. Since the age of 4, Joshua has made it his mission to feed the hungry and the homeless of all ages via Joshua's Heart. More than 500,000 pounds of food, $250,000 in raised funds, and over 20,000 pounds of donated books, toys, and toiletries later, Joshua is still going.
